#1 Custom Fields
Custom Fields solves about 25% of customer requests in one swoop… so we’re delighted to be able to ship this.
With Air’s new Custom Fields feature companies can now add custom employee fields to the platform. Need to track a specific Employee ID, or want to track who has a Student Loan? Want to ask people’s t-shirt size or favourite food? You can set up Air to collect pretty much any information you like with Custom Fields.
Here are just a few examples of what you might like to collect:
For each custom field you can also choose whether it shows up in the onboarding process and set the privileges for admins and employees. That means you can now customise your entire onboarding process as well.

#2 Organisational Chart
If you’ve wanted to visualise your organisation structure – this is for you. You can now view your org chart in an interactive chart within the People section of Air.
#3 Advanced Part Time Employee Support
Do you employee staff on Part Time contracts and want to prorate your standard holiday policy based on the hours that each staff member works? Now Air allows you to do that, along with other features designed for managing part-time employees effectively.
