What is Air
Air provides simple, beautiful and connected HR software for small businesses.
How it started
Air was born out of a personal frustration for how complex, time consuming and ineffective it was to maintain good HR practices in small businesses. The team combines 25 years of experience leading People and Culture practices with a team that’s been building successful web applications for 7 years. You can read more about us here.
Problems we’re addressing:
Problem 1: Most HR software is too complex, clunky and expensive for small businesses. As a result, 82% of small companies don’t use HR software. Instead, they use old fashioned processes (like paper or spreadsheets) to manage people. Organization is poor and costly mistakes are easy to make. Air is creating a solution specifically addressing this market – simpler, better software at an affordable price.
Problem 2: 70% of employees are disengaged in the UK. There are software solutions on the market but they create data silos, are often over complicated and costly. Air integrates best-in-class People and Culture apps/tools, connecting data and making implementation into core HR functions seamless.
