Frequently Asked Questions
Do I need a credit card to start the free plan?
No, we won’t ask for your credit card unless you want to upgrade.
What happens when the free trial ends?
If you decide not to upgrade to Air’s Advanced plan we’ll simply move you to our Free plan and any advanced features will be disabled.
What if I need more than 30 days to try Air?
If you need a little more time to try out Air, just let us know. We would be happy to extend your trial.
What counts as a person?
A person counts as anyone you’ve added to your company with an active account. You won’t be charged for disabled or inactive accounts. You can continue to store employee data even if they’ve left the company but won’t pay for those users.
What if I add or remove employees?
If you add users in the middle of your billing cycle, you’ll be charged a prorated amount for that month. When you remove employees your payment amount will be adjusted the following month.
Are there any other fees?
Nope! We just charge you once a month for the following month’s subscription. You can cancel the subscription at any time, and we will not bill you again.
What if I want to change plans?
You can upgrade or downgrade at any time. If you’re downgrading from the paid plan, advanced features will be disabled when you switch to our free plan.
What if I want to cancel?
You can cancel at any time. We don’t offer refunds for partial months though, so your account will be closed at the end of your current billing cycle. Of course you won’t be charged if you cancel before your trial ends.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We currently accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express.
Do you offer discounts for charities?
We offer discounted pricing to registered charities and other not-for-profit organisations. Get in touch and tell us more about your organisation.
How do I install or setup Air?
Air doesn’t need to be installed, it runs in any browser on any device.
