Where we store your data
Air uses Google Cloud infrastructure. With the Google Cloud Platform, Air takes advantage of the Google security model built on over 15 years of experience focused on keeping customers safe on Google applications like Gmail, Search and other Apps
Google employs more than 550 full-time security and privacy professionals, including some of the world’s foremost experts in information, application and network security. They employ a 24×7 security team on hand. You can read more about Google’s security here.
All Air data is stored on Google’s Datacenters located in Europe, in Belgium and U.K. Read more about Google’s Global Locations here.
Your Billing Information
All billing information is fully secured with the same level of encryption used by leading banks and companies. We use a service called Stripe, a certified PCI Service Provider Level 1 (the most stringent level of certification) provider. With Air, your billing details are on the same platform as companies like Deliveroo, Slack and Unicef.
Backups
All our databases are backed up daily. Even in the case of a total hardware failure by Google, we have your data safe and restorable within minutes.
